Meet Randy Atiyeh
Randy Atiyeh has been an educator, event director, coach, business owner, and elected public servant with over 15 years of experience shaping careers, communities, and character. A proud first-generation American and son of two immigrants, Randy became a first generation college graduate — later earning an additional master’s degree in Educational Leadership to deepen his mission of mentorship and institutional impact.
Experiences
As Principal and Dean of Students at William Allen High School, Randy managed one of Pennsylvania’s largest and most diverse student populations, cultivating a culture of resilience, respect, and results. Today, as Athletic Director and two-term Township Commissioner, he leads with discipline and vision — mentoring student-athletes, evaluating school and community leadership candidates, and guiding hiring for impactful boards and commissions.
Randy is known for bridging purpose with performance — whether directing the largest high school summer basketball tournament in the U.S – Lehigh Valley AwesomeFest’ A-Town Throwdown., sitting on the PIAA – District XI Executive Board, or representing a former student who made it to the NBA. His insight into interviews, recruitment, and talent development is rooted in real-world leadership and powered by empathy.
Randy balances his professional ambition with personal authenticity. He’s a devoted husband, proud father of three, and passionate believer that opportunity is built — not given. His goal? To help you unlock yours.
